Maya 101

Maya 101 introduces new, beginning or basic users of CG to the world of Autodesk Maya. Each lesson is conducted to acquaint the student with the interface, controls, drawing tools, modeling, animation and graphic toolsets of the latest version of the software.

This introductory class is a prerequisite for all other Maya classes, (except where students can demonstrate proficiency equal to that of the Intro class.) The Maya 101 class contributes to our courses in Character Animation, Modeling, Graphic Design, Art Department, Compositing and Visual Effects.

Prerequisite: None, but knowledge of the computer and graphics is recommended.
