Camille Benda

Having worked with actors from Bill Murray to Marisa Tomei, from Sam Claflin to Julie Delpy, Camille has enjoyed 20 years of designing costumes for theatre and film.

She recently wrapped on two films, “Song of Back and Neck”, a dark comedy starring Paul Lieberstein and Rosemarie DeWitt, and “The Bachelors”, starring JK Simmons, which just won Best Feature Film at San Diego Film Festival.

Camille has given various talks on topics relating to fashion and dress history at the Victoria & Albert Museum, The Costume Society and the Courtauld Institute, and is an adjunct professor at SDSU and SBCC.

She has an MFA from Yale School of Drama, and an MA from the Courtauld Institute in the History of Dress, and is a member of the Costume Designers Guild Local 892 and The Costume Society.
